The required measures are:


-the Antero-Posterior Diameter of the Spinal Canal (APDSC), taken perpendicular to the dural sac axis and the vertebra with zoom and alignment permitted by a multiplan reconstruction mode (MPR) (in Red on Pannels A and B).


-the Scalloping, determined using the measures of the superior (A) and inferior (B) vertebral plateau and the antero-posterior diameter at the center of the vertebra core (C), with the following formula: (A+B)/2-C. Each measurement is performed on the sagittal plan, zooming on each vertebra, and alignment in MPR mode at the center of the vertebra and perpendicular to its axis (Pannels A and B).
